Bishop May Down - Conversations with Eve

Conversations with Eve premiered at Tramway during the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Into the New Festival in 2023. It is now returning for further development during this Tramway Supports Residency. 
 
Conversations with Eve is a live conversation between human and computer, co-created with artificial intelligence. As the work is updated for 2025, the collaborative studio residency will experiment with the intersection of somatic practice and interactive tech, creating choreography from the live interaction of movement and motion reactive visuals. Bishop’s wider practice offers an authentic creative agency to software, algorithm, and technological hardware through a collaborative working method as they imagine new modes of post-human performance.
