Part of Gathered Together, a four-day festival of performance from some of the world’s leading inclusive dance organisations, presented by Indepen-dance.

On Wednesday 4 September, the evening performance includes three new dance pieces from Indepen-dance along with two new pieces from Clydebank-based dance group Inspire, led by Wils McAslan.

PROGRAMME
Indepen-dance presents Flux and Flourish - a new work charting memorable moments from key choreographies by Indepen-dance.

Young 1’z presents Turn-Styles - a collaborative contemporary dance that draws inspiration from games and our relationship to the roles we play within them.

Evolve presents Moonlight - inspired by the music of Glenn Miller, the dancers created movements based on how the music made them feel.

Inspire will create two dance works for Gathered Together - Together! and Parade.
Everyone loves to get up and dance to party classics with all the well-known dance moves. From YMCA to 5,6,7,8 and Agadoo to The Macarena, Together! has been adapted to show these party classics in another light. Parade (working title) is a work-in-progress and explores themes of carnivals, parades and marches.
